Have been here for 2 days now and have done an hour's work! Willingly Working On Organic Farms seems to be the way forward if this has anything to go by. Have landed on my feet. Currently sitting at the verandah table in the photo on the laptop eating cheese and biscuits washed down with a glass of vanilla syrup and soda (really excellent stuff). sadly my camera doesn't show the other half of the verandah or the lush rolling 20 acres of goats, cows and chickens viewed from where i'm sat. Am doing a spot of window painting this afternoon. Specified i'd like to visit places that made cheese (my new hobby as of when i return!!?) Turns out they do feta, but not at the moment.... I'm eating cheese instead... i think that counts as research. Have a huge double bed, the biggest widescreen i've ever seen and a mother who loves to bake carbs and actively enncourages me to rummage through the cupboards. heaven!
