Morning
Am in no doubt i am going through a process of cold turkey as i ween myself off the box between my eyes. Am keeping so busy these days there's just no time for those that were once such a lifeline and daily smile support!
we've finished our week in the Abel Tasman National Park. The kayaking and tramping complete. The seals sung to (Ce'seal'ia by Simon and Garfunkul my fave!) The beach horse riding dug out muscles I swore never existed (they still exist in every step 4 days later!)
