Tasmania has just seen the 2 hottest days recorded. Cold beer really works in hot places!

We also visited a place called Penguin (i'll leave the reasoning up to you) and a fantastic arboretum in an incredible valley. I was very impressed to find out John and Margaret have planted what would seem like half the trees there!.... a really special place.

I have been treated to delicious homecooked foods in large quantities so of course the smile on my face has grown further. Picking raspberries in the garden with Margaret in our sunhats was a favourite edible memory and John's recipe for sourdough is in the bag. John i have a special teaspoon in mind!!

Not enough time in Tassie. Will return one day!
