After a few fine days of exploration in Melbourne I transported myself to the south coast of Tasmania, to be scooped up from Hobart bus station by old acquaintance Jeannie and driven into the stunning green and rolling hills of Gardners Bay. Drinking wine was the first welcoming with an introduction to their new piglets. A guided walk by Duncan around their acres of bush and rolling hills grass was followed with an orgasmic feast of barbecued pork from their other, previous and more meaty, offsping. Too delicious for words. This making the eating of such cute animals (named sausage, ham and bacon) that much easier! mmmmmmmmm the food continues....
