Duncan excelled again with ribs never tasted before. Incredibly succulent, juicy, flavoursome.... need i say more. We celebrated Australia Day (the day we invaded and massacred) with a fine selection of liquids and fully fledged animal products. My favourites being the well topped up Mohitos, of course the pork... and the freshly smoked trout with wasabi and sweet chilli mayo. Realized I haven't had access to a table full of food for a very long time and found myself closer and closer to the table until i was fit to burst. A very Happy Australia Day!
Cycled for 4 hours today. Hills and valleys of trees and smallholdings, lakes and galleries. Glorious sunshine in a light breeze of freshness all topped off with a winery visit and the generous tastings that accompanied it. Now resting a long hard day.
